The Bibliotheca Equestris is a bibliography of the sourse on Western Traditional Horsemanship. Furthermore, the list wants to disclose these works by including links to scanned copies of these works. In this way, the Scholae want to encourage horse enhtusiasts and scholars to get a better grip on the source material, as well as provide a documentary basis for its practices, which can be checked and discussed by all.
Medieval Horsemanship

This libarary contains all medieval works on horsemanship. First, this concerns equestrian treatises. Second, also martial treatises are concerned, such as fight books, tournament books and hunting books. Also early-modern works related to the medieval martial tradition will be mentioned (even if they are also contained in the library on Traditional Dressage). Thirdly, other source types which may relate to medieval horsemanship can be included, though this list will only be not exhaustive.

In this section, all works on Traditional Dressage are contained. First, this concerns the works of Traditional Dressage written in the 16th, 17th, and 18th centuries. However, the works of later reconstructionists will also be included in this section.
